Dr. Jim Randall has served in full-time Christian service for 42 years, ministering in more than 30 countries on four continents. Jim lived in Japan for 14 years, where he founded and pastored Yokohama Christian Center. He also established a Bible School, directed an International

Christian school, a printing/publishing company, an English teaching company, and several other ministries and businesses. He now works with various international ministries doing Leadership and Management training and consulting. With his experience in missions and the business world, he helps ministry leaders & business people start business and mission projects that help support their Christian work. He currently resides in SE Asia, and holds an earned doctorate in Leadership Development and Organizational Management.
